here’s a good post-grad interview story-drove quite a ways to interview for a position. When I get there the hiring manager tells me the position has already been filled. oops

my first interview after graduation didn’t go so well, either… I showed up early and felt very prepared… only to be told that the guy who would be interviewing me had gone away on vacation and stayed later than he expected. I came back for a make-up interview the next week and it was sooo awkward.
